Learn Effective self-defense from Grandmaster Henry Sue. Deal with realistic scenarios and learn how to avoid dangerous situation by being aware of your surroundings.
Women self-defense classes combine Tai Chi principals of using your opponent’s force against them with some practical Kung Fu techniques suitable for real world applications, while learning confidence, co-ordination and situational awareness.
